This favourite asian style curry features locally sourced grass fed Minto Galloways beef coated in our own fresh curry paste, then slowly cooked in coconut milk and stock until deliciously tender. Roast chicken with za'atar, lemon & almond. 700g
A lovely middle eastern dish with an addictive zing, perfect for spring! We marinate pieces of chicken overnight with fresh lemon, onion and spices before roasting until golden and tender. We then add fresh parsley and toasted almond for freshness and crunch. Try it served with warm pita bread, rice or couscous and a dollop of plain yoghurt. (df) (gf)

Roasted pumpkin drizzled with La Barre extra virgin olive oil, finished with fresh thyme, toasted garlic, Alpine walnuts, fresh parsley and a hint of chili. A crowd pleaser and such a versatile dish. A best seller, our lasagne is made with premium grass fed Minto Galloways beef braised with tomatoes, veggies and fresh herbs until very rich and tender. The beef ragu is then layered with fresh pasta, our own Tilba milk béchamel and topped with stretchy mozzarella.
Chicken, honey and mustard sausage rolls. 460g
Ready for you to bake at home, our sausage rolls are made with chicken breast minced in house and combined with honey and mustard (plus hidden veg!) in butter puff. Two adult size sausage rolls per bag, and definitely enough to feed the kids. Weekend winner!
Chicken and leek pie. 800g
Our creamy chicken pie is made with chicken breast slowly cooked in a delicious leek béchamel until melt in the mouth tender. Topped with butter puff and ready to bake in your oven at home. Delicious with a side of garlic mash and green beans. Pure comfort food.
Sicilian fish pie. 800g
We use fresh Narooma seafood tuna that we cook in a rich tomato sauce with fennel, nicola potatoes, parsley and capers. Topped with sourdough and olive oil crumb. Bake in the oven until golden and bubbling. Serve with a crisp green salad. (df)

Local apples and rhubarb roasted in fresh orange syrup and topped with a crunchy mix of hazelnuts and oats. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
